Our practice involves the development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, of commercial and residential real estate.  We also handle all types of litigation involving real estate including, ownership disputes, easement and boundary disputes, lease disputes, right of first refusal, buy-sell agreements, specific performance disputes, and land use.
